9+ years building highly scalable, distributed, cloud-native and data-centric platforms — and the teams that run them.

Today I head engineering at moneyHOP, owning hiring, people growth, roadmaps, AI strategy, delivery and regulatory compliance across QA, Backend, Frontend and DevOps.

Before that, I was one of the founding engineers of Snowflake's India Engineering team, and a core builder of Atlan 3.0 — the rebuild that turned Atlan from a SaaS product into a PaaS platform. It all started at Informatica by Salesforce, deep in data quality, catalogs and the Hadoop stack.

I still think in systems: HLDs, pipelines, failure modes. I just apply that thinking to people, processes and org design too.
